eSoftware is looking for a Loan Product Manager to contribute to the overall success of our products. You will join a team of developers, quality engineers, and usability experts who work collaboratively to make our products the best they can be.

Responsibilities
  • Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of our product, loan models and compliance requirements
  • Work with customers to develop new loan products or amendments to existing loan products that are compliant with state and local statutes
  • Create and maintain a library of existing, compliant loan products by state
  • Work with our technical writer to produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
  • Coordinate the creation and posting of content for our customer training portal, eAcademy
Qualifications
  • Proven working experience in the small loan industry
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and communicate those concepts verbally and in text
  • Excellent written skills in English
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Title Support Technician
Brief Description

The support technician is a staff position within the IT support group accountable for ensuring continuity of computer application services for our users by providing the technical expertise and assistance necessary to operate our software products, modify/repair hardware, and resolve technical problems.

This is a full-time position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
